My Furry Best Friend: A Tribute to My Dog

  • My Furry Best Friend: A Tribute to My Dog

Introduction: Dogs are often referred to as "man's best friend" for a reason. They are loyal, loving, and always there for us when we need them. In this blog post, I want to pay tribute to my furry best friend, who has been by my side through thick and thin.

Body: My dog's name is bruno, and he is a 2-year-old jangli. He came into my life when he was just a puppy, and since then, he has been my constant companion. Bruno is a playful, energetic, and loving dog, and I can't imagine my life without him.

.

One of my favorite things about Bruno is his enthusiasm for life. He wakes up every morning with a wagging tail and a big smile on his face, ready to face the day ahead. Whether we're going for a walk, playing fetch, or just hanging out at home, Brun is always up for an

.

Bruno is also incredibly loyal. He follows me everywhere I go and always wants to be close to me. When I'm feeling down, he seems to sense it, and he will curl up next to me and nuzzle his head against my leg. His love and affection are truly unconditional, and I feel lucky to have him in my life.

.

Of course, owning a dog is not without its challenges. Bruno can be mischievous at times, and he has a habit of chewing on things he shouldn't. But even when he's being naughty, it's hard to stay mad at him for long. His adorable face and wagging tail have a way of melting my heart and making me forgive his transgressions.

Conclusion: In conclusion, my dog Bruno is more than just a pet to me. He is a beloved member of my family and my constant companion. His love, loyalty, and enthusiasm for life have brought me so much joy and happiness. I feel grateful every day that I have him in my life, and I hope that he knows just how much he means to me.

If you are thinking of getting a dog, I highly recommend it. Dogs are amazing animals that have so much love to give. They will make you laugh, comfort you when you're sad, and always be there for you when you need them.

Champions for Charity at the Americana on Long  Island

November 21 2022

Rescue Paw believes that every homeless animal deserves a chance for a second home.
As a result we have been rescuing dogs, some cats, and a couple of donkeys (once upon a time) for many years. Over 10,000 animals have found their way to us because of the support from our donors and the Our Cause for Paws jewelry collection available at London Jewelers.
Rescue Paw has provided vetting such as vaccinations, spay & neuter, and transport to shelters in the North East. These dogs come in from many underprivileged areas and now they are brought up to the North to loving homes. The last step is the adoption event, where they will hopefully find their forever homes!

Please join us to support this event for Champions for Charity at the Americana Manhasset, on Long Island.

If you can’t make it to the event, purchase the jewelry for the holidays as a great gift for someone you love. Donations to Rescue Paw help us to support the shelters and the dogs.
Thank you!!!

Oscar’s New Lease on Life

It started off with sadness. Oscar's person died, and most of the family remaining felt that at 15, he had only a little time left himself. One took him home, to give him comfort. It turned out she also gave him enough love to make life worth living. He bounced back,...

Our Story

Every year in the U.S., between 9 and 11 million animals die in shelters. Rescue shelters are always at capacity, and there are many more animals being abandoned each day than there are homes that welcome pets in.

The most common reasons people give when dropping their pets off at shelters are: “The dog got bigger than we thought it would.” “We’re moving and we just can’t bring our pet with us.” “She’s ruining our yard.” But when you take in a pet, the pet becomes a part of your family. Would you leave another family member behind when you moved, or if they grew too tall?

Most people who leave their pets at shelters probably think they’re doing the right thing. The fact is, once your pet is left at a shelter, it has about 72 hours to be adopted before it is destroyed. If he or she is a highly coveted breed and stays completely healthy, they may survive for a few more days, but even the most beautiful and loving pets are susceptible to the harsh emotional and physical conditions at over-crowded shelters.

In support of humane, no-kill shelters providing rescue, spay, and neuter services, London Jewelers has created a full line of jewelry available here and at www.londonjewelers.com. A portion of each sale will go directly to help shelters and keep companion animals alive, healthy and happy.

Please read our Blog and visit our Partners page to learn more about what we do and whom we work with to help fulfill our mission. Our foundation relies on proceeds from Our Cause for Paws jewelry line and your donations - thank you so much for your contributions to make this world a better and safer place for animals.
